- Part of the reason Tsukasa left Kaede after three years was because Tsukasa had come to love Kaede, Kaede was in danger of becoming the next Ace.
- Tsukasa came back to Japan once in a while to check up on Kaede. On the morning of Kaede’s birthday, there would always be some kind of gift left on the girl’s doorstep.
- Not even Camara knows what exactly happened in the three years in between which Tsukasa left Lumen and in which she met him.
- If Tsukasa were to meet Jikki, Ami, and Ikki, I think she’d become something of a mentor to all of them, where she gives them tips on improving their self-defense skills.
- Styx gets on Camara and Oswin’s nerves daily, but he gets along well with Guinevere and surprisingly, Oswin, sometimes.
- Tsukasa and Styx get along due to similar pasts in which they were unable to maintain relationships due their jobs as assassins.
- Makoto can relate to a lot of things Jikki has experienced. For one thing, they both have to deal with slightly insane people (*cough, cough* Kaede, Ikki, and Ami *cough, cough*).
- Still Makoto admires Kaede and Ikki. Both are cool-headed and tough, two things Makoto wishes he was.
- Makoto and Ami have an ‘America-Canada’ Relationship, where Ami is the big bro, while Makoto is the younger bro.
- Honestly, I don’t think Tsukasa would ever be close to Pepper (Sorry ^^’). Not only is Pepper part of the law enforcement, but Tsukasa also thinks she’d never truly understand what Tsukasa has gone through and what she will do to protect the ones she loves.
- It’s really just a conflict of beliefs for them. To Tsukasa, Pepper fights for the law and what’s right; Tsukasa fights for her loved ones, believing that there’s no such thing as good or evil.
- The most they’d probably have is mutual respect.
- Camara, on the other hand, I could see being friends with Pepper. Not close friends, but good enough that they can go out for coffee together.
- Mana sees Pepper as an older sister figure. When she grows older, Mana would like to be someone like Pepper.
- Darren respects Pepper, while Colette is wary of Pepper because ‘she’s part of the law enforcement and if she finds out about Sellus College’s secret, will she shut the school down, because of it?’
(There’ll probably be a Part 4 too; stay tuned :D)

Ami’s Story Part 1
Long long ago, in a city that was Fujiyama, Ami’s mother, Kimiko Mori, worked as a maid to a rich and powerful family of half foreigners.

(Face Claim: ToukoYadomi from anohana)
The second son took a fancy to her and, in Hamlet style, made many tenders of his love to her. They were together in secret because his family were snobs, but he promised that he would marry her. She fell for him and, at age 20, became pregnant with his son. The man had promised that, should this happen, they would marry.
They didn’t.
The man brought Kimiko before his mother and declared his feelings and intentions, but she interrupted to drop the bombshell that his older brother’s plane had gone down leaving him as heir then asked him if he still wished to claim the child as his. She said that if he did, he would be cut from the family because she refused to recognize “a dirty common jap” as her daughter in law. (her husband was Japanese, but he was rich enough to make up for that)
The man denounced Kimiko and his mother had him fire her for “wanton slandering of the family name” and Miss Mori was sent, five months pregnant, into the streets. She worked odd jobs and tried to get positions with various other Fujiyama families, but one by one they shut her out. One family was kind enough to explain that they didn’t want to get on the bad side of Mrs. X (name tbd) who had blacklisted her.
Ami was born prematurely due to stress and had serious health complications when he was an infant due to his mother’s constant anxiety and inconsistent diet due to working conditions. She had been made to operate heavy machinery in a factory up to a week before his birth then was fired for “incompetence”.
Because of these medical expenses and Kimiko’s inability to find work, she and Ami lived with her sister’s family for three years: helping run their bakery. When the child was three, Ami’s doctor suggested they get out of the city for the health benefits of the country-side and, lo and behold, Kimiko finally found work as the personal caretaker to the elderly Hamasaki-sama. The Hamas blatantly ignored the X family’s threats until they stopped coming.
Ami’s biological father married two weeks after Kimiko was “dissmissed.”

I love the influential role Tohru’s mom plays throughout the story. What was best about about her character was the fact she didn’t do a perfect job with her parenting. She tried her hardest. I wished she was alive so we could see how she would interact with the characters in the present. However, if she never died, there would be no story.
